Most orders ship within 24-48 hours!
Orders placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time typically ship the next business day. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States so you get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.
Note: The number of service days does not include order processing time, and applies to items shipping from our warehouse. Items with longer shipping times will be noted at Checkout.
We offer Standard, Priority (for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories), 2nd Day and Next Day shipping methods. 2nd Day and Next Day packages are shipped by FedEx. If you select Standard Shipping, we are unable to offer you the ability to choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped. However, the carriers we use are FedEx Home, UPS and the United States Postal Service. The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order.
FedEx Home deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Next Day, 2nd Day and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Expedited shipping is available for most items shipping with the Continental United States. In the event that we are unable to expedite the shipping of your order, we will ship the order using the next fastest delivery option available. The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Using your USPS shipment tracking number, you can confirm package delivery by visiting the USPS web site. Please note that USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation. USPS tracking often consists of only two statuses: "The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing" and "Your package was delivered." Most areas will receive the package well within the delivery timeframe quoted, and we hope the lack of detailed tracking does not pose an inconvenience.
Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. FedEx, UPS or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person.
