if you order like 'express' shipping or mark something as fragile or as a living animal, is the shipping company responible for death or damage to the shipment.
like if i order a fish to be shipped and get overnight shipping for a live animal, will they refund me if it comes to me dead? does it have to me travel related?

teach me....i need to learn

no... they will not refund dead fish... they will only refund you the shipping fee if the shipment is lost or "late"

And I think then you need a receipt and jump through hoops. Honestly insurance and thinking you they will accept liablity for any shipping damage is a joke. Just my experiance with USPS, and UPS though.

could i get another purchase "resent" on credit or whatever

(i'm trying to get a GG off of santoury and if it hets shipped i want to know if i have to pay to ship another one or if they'll reimburse me or somthing to send it again)

well what would be the most gentle transport?
air mail and mark it fragile?

probably best with overnight and marked fragile/perishable. which shipper is up to you and seller to work out. But make sure you work something out with sant. so you have an agreement in case of DOA of what $ if any he will refund.

The fastest and least stressful shipping method is airport to airport. No trucks or warehouse transfers are involved. Plus, you get the fish within a couple of hours after the flight lands the same day it's shipped.

very true. Best way to ship but can be pretty expensive for small orders as you're charged for up to 100lbs and I had a smaller order that was 70.00 to ship. But agree on the safest way to ship.
