when my rams breed, USMCtanker wants some fish and any others, i will be willing to sell to. what i want to know is what is the best way to ship fish. method of bagging, packaging, etc. ? thanks

The shipping method really depends on the size of fish you which which to ship. For the Rams the best way I have found is by using breatheable bags. These bags can be purchased from your local fish store and cost about 10 bucks for 5 bags. Now what makes these bags different is the fact that you can fill them up entirely, no air on the top, and the fish will make it there in better shape than in a normal bag. The are made of a plastic membrane that allows the water to breathe through the plastic. As well I would suggest using a good shipping company and a shipping cooler to stop temperature spikes. you need pure oxygen, styrofoam box, very thick bags (triple bag the fish), and heavy duty rubber bands.
