i think it would be pretty unlikely, or prohibitively expensive. sorry.

it can be done, but you'd have to do it yourself because in no way can ups be trusted with something like that, and that would cost a **** load of money. you'll have to do 2-3 water changes every day in a very large tub, that would have to be carried by a large moveing truck, alot of filtration and oxegen too, imo i wouldn't touch that with a 20 foot pole.

didn't zoodiver do that with sharks?

lol, right. still, that is sort of what he has to do

IMO I think it's a waste of time to figure out since the 5ft fish is imaginary.. but..

You would need a water tight container to hold said 5ft fish, then air bubbler/o2 system setup. But the size/weight of it would require truck shipping either by you or a large scale trucking company and would need a forklift to be moved on and off the truck.. Not to mention some species when larger have a high mortality rate in shipping.

which fish is it?

Airport to Airport air cargo container, water-tight, designed to hold aquatic livestock..

Get out your wallet.. $$$ might be tough if your working with imaginary money too..
