Shipping Piranhas to Illegal States such as Cal?

I have had numerous hobbyists ask me to ship my 3 black rhoms to Cali. I have told them I cannot do it simply because they are illegal to have there, but could I really get in trouble or is it just them? I WILL NOT SHIP THERE, so please do not make me look as though I am doing something wrong, but I am just curious as to what the consequences would be. Thanks for any info.

I must remind people that MFK does not support the shipping of fish spieces to country's/state's where it is illegal if members are caught doing so on this website disiplinary action will be taken against tho's members caught and it could end up with a possible ban from the MFK website.

i agree with qikshot, but that doesnt mean you will run through the same luck.

but you can also think of it this way.
if you ship them in a box, whats the chances of UPS or FEDEX inspecting the box on the ASSUMPTION that there are illegal fish inside?

If illegal deals were made by MFK members, that'd give MFK a bad name. What could be worse !?
