depends on the size of fish most important and clean water in the bag of course and that it has not eatin in days...
Ideally you really don't want your fish to go longer then needed in shipping. And the water should be as clean as possible prior to bagging.
keep the fish hungry for atleast two to three days before being bagged and shipped
