Shipping through Cargo

Hello. I would like to know if anyone can help me? I wanted to know how does cargo shipping works in detail, e.i. i know there's a shipping fee by the vendor but a have no clue as to how the airport fees goes. THANKS in advance.

first you find what airport you want to ship it to.
Find out if the airline have air cargo service in that airport and your airport
Once you are satisfied with above, call and book it.. drop it off at the designed airport locations and usually the receiver pays for the shipping when they pick it up
