Shipping Turtles

I've searched everywhere on here and can't find it. I have seen red eared sliders free, I'd pay for shipping. (She wants some). Can anyone tell me how to ship a turtle?

Zooyork had two free turtles a little while ago and he's in MD..

no need for water.and the shredded newspaper goes in the bag with the turtle. try to use bk and wht newspaper
