shipping ??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Shipping quote was $100 for next day AM delivery. Highs averaging 103deg I don't want to risk anything with afternoon delivery averaging $10 less or second day being $60-70.:nilly:
Just makes shipping another batch tough to swallow.

Just remember Angels being $48 next day, but different season and coming from different state.

I done 2 day shipping in December and it was freezing in some parts of the US where the fish was dropped off for a day. The fish made it alive. In the summer, I would take a chance on it but that is me since I am a risk taker.

I don't know on 2 day but I did over night just fine. I guess if they are packed right they will do perfect.

16 of my fish have been bought online sight unseen. All but one went great. I have had fish shipped UPS FedEx and USPS 2day. Every one was very healthy have adjusted in a day or less.

I had fish shipped 2 days in the winter and summer Every time it went well but all fish were small under 4".

yester day I got a fish and the bag had a good size leak. The dorsal ray of the fish made a hole that went threw both bags :(. So the fish had only enough water to keep it wet. The fish is still in bad shape. I was still alive. I'm not sure the fish will make it but I will get credit if I lose the fish.

So one out of 16 fish have all been great and it went well besides this one time. I think gettng fish online is great.

I have purchased fish online twice using next day shipping. Both times worked out great. I know 2nd day shipping was a lot cheaper, but DOA guarantees were not offered for second day.

I would wait until it is closer to Fall so the Summer heat will not be as much of an issue.
