i am shipping a friend some fish do you think it would be fine to do 2 day shipping..

Could work, depending on the species being shipped (and they're sizes), provided:

-the fish are properly purged before packing.
-fish are packed one to a bag.
-clean tank water and aged fresh water is used in the bags.
-O2 and bag buddies are used -Or- breather bags are layered/separated properly.
-the fish/box are properly insulated

fish are various one is a large tsn probly 12 or 14 inches...i can do all of the above most of them are small cichlids and plecos

with the hardy fish that you are shipping i don't see that as a problem. i bet that tsn could survive that trip without any water at all
