That seems to be an adult correct =-) Mine is only 4-5". He's tank mates of his size was more longer and slender, where this one was shorter and pudgy looking. Hopefully he grow to look like the one you pictured.

I see alot of paroons weekly....... i always see some partial short body morphs...... its hard to say at around 4" because they all have bigheads and small bodys but judging form you pic......... it looks like its a partial with the upward arc on the bottom fin.......... The short bodies are quite hard to find. A supplier told me that less than .0000001 develop the short body morph....... then only a fraction of them are going to be "perfect" as far as the spine shape......... def........ a monster fish.........
Just came across something online that's similar to the one I have. They call it BALLOON TYPE ?????? would they eventually grow like the one IO posted =-)
