How many people have true short tails? Anyone breeding short tails or working on breeding them since there so rare? It would be a big step forward if short tails became more available and less people are stuck with 10 foot monsters lol

Chris in Canada is breeding them. I have five. None of my eggs hatched this year. Hopefully next season.

You have 5?! Dang what size tank? Do they breed fairly easy? I've heard they max out at 30" and reach sexual maturity at 20"? If that's true everyone with big enough tanks needs to try and start breed them! Start saving true nurse sharks from the wild and or being put into unsuitable homes!
