Excuse the poor quality, but thought I'd post a quick update of my male umbee.

For comparison sake, here he is with his mate almost a year ago. I've had them separated since.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess at 13-14" now, maybe even a tad bigger.

I would love to have one (or a pair) of these someday. I don't want to spark debate, but I really prefer these over dovii and if I had to dedicate a large tank to a pair it would be umbee. Really great male and that female is beautiful too!

They don't get along that well I'll try the divider method at some point down the road.
