Just took a short video of my dovii. He is still very shy but I am still hoping he grows out of it. He seems to be growing pretty fast so hopefully he starts developing a bit of an attitude soon.

Great looking male. I'm looking for one, too. Maybe if you add some silver dollars to the tank, he will be more outgoing. I tried this and it made my small female hide much less.
 
those are beautiful. if you don't mind me asking, how big is that tank?

Thank you for the suggestion. When I tried that I ended up with four dead silver dollars. :cry:

Thank you. He is in a 210 gallon tank (72x24x29) by himself.
 
as already mentioned, he has some great colour on him. the shyness will definitely go over time once he gets some more size to him. just need to beef him up and get him BIG quickly!!
