Shortest lenght for an asian aro?

I have a 10" green malaysian aro in a 4'x18"x18" tank...

would I be needing a new tank soon or is the tank enough?

thats kinda small... ur asian will reach 2ft atleast, so look for a tank with that width at the minimum.
