I have a 100Gal/5ft long tank with a Tetratec 2400 filter, I do 50% W/C each week and never have any problems. The current occupants are 2 x Oscars (4-5 inch), 1 Jack Dempsey (4 inches) 5 x Silver Dollars (2 large common SD and 3 med spotted) and 2 Pictus Catfish.

The JD is having a rough time of it with the larger of the two Oscars chasing him around a lot so I was thinking of rehoming him. Would the Oscars bully the Flagtail? They are fine with the SDs. Would the SDs nick all the food before the Flagtail gets a look in? Would I be overstocked?

Sorry about all the questions and thanks in advance for any advice.

well a 5-6 inch flag tail would be fine with the other fish you have and they do not grow super fast so you have a while before he needs a bigger tank. They do a great job cleaning algae and they add color to the tank.I love my 14 inch monster and he lives with similar stock that you have.
