Hey guys, been a while since I've posted, I'm looking to add something with nice color, green/blue to be exact.

265gallon with two AC110s and two FX5 filters.
I have two tapajos pikes 10-12"
Four loisellei 6-7"
And three severums (two super red and one green)

I'm thinking about moving a pair of loisellei to another tank and replacing them with two carpintis! I'm open to other suggestions as well since I can't find any 5-6" carpintis.

Does anyone know where a line of larger carpintis out there? I saw 3-4" at wet spot but the pikes would more than likely take them out... Needs to be bigger

Large male red terror might work if he is mellow enough, doubt he'll see the severums as threats. Large parrot cichlid could work as well, sticking with the blue/green theme. Carpintis are pretty awesome though if you can find one that is already almost full grown to go in your tank.

Too bad you weren't thinking this a month ago. I gave away a nice large male carpintis, of course Virginia is quite a drive. I'd keep looking, they are awesome looking fish when grown.

Yeah I feel like aggression wise they would fit in perfectly with my stock. The pikes aren't that aggressive the loisellei are mellow as are the severums.
