One of my cichlid have what looks like bubbles inside it's skin on the back of it's left pectoral fin. It's right where the fin connects to the body. When it closes it's pectoral fins, the bubbles will get enlarge and you can really notice it:eek:

Any ideas what this might be? It's freaking me out and Am kinda worried as this is one of my favorite fish.

Edit*** added photos

The skin bubble only get big like that when fins are folded against, when it's fully extended you can barely tell. He doesn't seem to be showing any discomfort ATM.

At first I thought it was the female, cause they were showing early signs of breeding so I took her out but don't think that's the problem here.

Thanks, I'll ask around a few other forums as well.

He's my favorite fish so if anything was to happen to him I'll be very :(. Good thing whatever it is, it's not causing him discomfort.
