Should I be worried?

This little guy (about 4") had a huge meal yesterday but when I saw him this morning I don't think his stomach was quite this big. Anyway, I know bichirs can get that thing where their stomachs swell, do you think this is just food or starting to get the other thing?

Looks like food to me, and should be gone in few hrs.

agreed. My 7 inch Sen ate a 5 inch glass knife once and had a bulge similar but it was gone in less than 6 hours...

try not to overfeed them so much..it's better to feed them often at smaller portion than one big feeding..

Its's just food. Put the temp up to 80 deg that will help it stay active and move more.
