My 7X2X2 210 gallon tank with 1/2 inch glass is fully setup and sitting on a used, but store bought, stand. The entire tank leans about 1/4-1/2 inch forward. The tank is completely level lengthwise. It is only noticable when the water line goes below the trim. Should I be worried, and if so, what can I do without draining the tank?

Nothing you can do with the tank full. You could set the tank on styrofoam, and it will level itself. If anything, turn the whole thing around. I would NEVER let a tank lean in to a room.

drain tank 90-95% and put shims along the front under the stand about every 4-6 inches. I allways set my tanks with a small lean to the rear. Like a 1/4 bubble on the level.

Don't try to do anything with water in the tank, and inch of water is ok to check level with as long as your lifting the tank with the stand as to not put pressure on any single point. If there isn't a floor in the cabinet a hydraulic car jack is useful here.

Styrofoam is to take out surface irregularities not to level the whole tank such as this.
