I always want to buy a red terror. It a very beautiful fish, but I don't know if my tank will be overstocked if I get one. I currently have the following 10 fish in my 125 gallon:

Texas (biggest), green terror, jack demp, frontosa (got for free), red devil, 2 eartheaters, salvini, severum and pleco. Theyre all around 4 to 6 inches and get along fine most of the time except feeding, when the texas chases the other fish. Everyone leaves the pleco alone. I need your thoughts on this. Should I buy a red terror? Is the tank big enough? Can they coexist without any fish getting killed? Thanks fellow members.

No. I would say you're overstocked already with your current fish. Before they reach their max size, you already have to separate them. I'd also look out for the red devil

Yup you seem to be at max now man. I wouldn't. A beautiful fish though.
That red devil will probably live up to name soon enough also.

No. You're overstocked as it stands without adding another aggressive fish. You will likely find that the severum and earth eaters end up getting abused or killed as they are not capable of dealing with what most of your other fish can (and will eventually) dish out.

Buy the Red Terror, it would "make space" in that tank :)

Seriously... I would base my decision depending on how often Festae come into the market in your part of the world.

The simple answer is no, because you are going to be overstocked with your current set up. Cichlids grow fairly quick and before you know it your crowded!! I would get a Festae if you really want one, BUT and BEFORE doing so you will def need to buy another tank or get rid of some of your current stock.... don't know if either are an option for you?? Festae are nice though, right?? Good luck with your decision!!

Your tank is already crowded, and is also a time bomb. You should expect some pretty serious fighting soon. You've already started to see the beginning.
