Should i buy it? gold nugget

ok so i went into the lfs the other day and while putting my ornate pim on hold, they guy at the lfs is like he you know you should buy this guy right here, i look into the tank and was like what guy, he points to the corner, and their is a awesome pleco. he says it is a gold nugget, and it will get 10 inches. so should i buy it for the 125? it is maybe 2-3 inches now. and is about $45. all input is welcome.

^ya but the only plecos wwe ever seem to get are bushynose(25$) red whiptails(30$) and regular whiptails(15$) and of course trinidad and sailfins(2-10$) so it is super rare. i am prob gonna get it. ill have to post pix if i do.

Bushynose are $25??? I live in MI and I have 2x goldy L14 from a LFS and a L48 from snookn21. I think its actually cheaper to order from snookn21. You can actually get a L114 for $15 from snook. I say don't do it, save your money up and get a real rare pleco online. Gold nuggets are really not that rare.

I got one for 40 and really do not regret it. He's awesome.

The gold nugget in addition to being one of the prettiest plecos is also the most active.Mine are always out where I can see them.My l134 I can sometimes see a tail sticking out of a cave,and my l262 I have only seen twice in the 3 years I have owned him.And that was when I broke down the tanks he was in.
The price is not too bad,if you like it get it!
