Should I buy or should I pass?

So a friend has been wanting to sell many of his large cichlids to start over with his tank. He's got some nice fish. He offered me his 9 inch red isletas that is just awesome for $20. My 75 has my 5-6 inch red isletas and 5-6 inch female grammodes. Wasn't sure if it would be ok since the isletas stay small as do the grammodes

Looks like a nice male to me, I'd personally get him and give the grammode her own tank. That way you can finally get the pair of isletas that you've wanted. Heck of a head on that guy too.


I think that if the isletas goes in the 75 that he will more than likely pair up with the female isletas, which would be very problematic for the grammode since they will claim that whole tank. You know how amphs are ;)
 
Told him I would take it. U should see some of his fish they are awesome. All of them are for sale too

U should see his other fish. He has 2 huge grade A FH, a 15+ inch jag, a big female midas, a huge red texas, small female dovii, and big male freddy
