A while back I was posting on here about resealing some fish tanks for a seafood resturant near me. Well recently the owner was killed and left the place to his wife. Well she is turning it over to my best friends mom to run the place. Well they are getting rid of all their tanks. All of them and buying everything new when they remodel.

There is 1 good 150 gallon glass tank, and 2 75-100 gallon tanks. These all hold water. Then they have more in storage and don't know the condition or size of them but should be in the 50-100 gallon range. All tanks come with glass lids, lights, and filtration setups. They told me roughly around $400 for everything. Is it worth it do you all think? I mainly want the 150 gallon and the other 2 that i know hold water. Reset would be a bonus.

I would have to say: Do you even have to ask? Even if the 1st 3 are the only ones that are good and come with what you say it will be an OK deal. Then every tank you get after that is bonus! Even if the tanks don't hold, you might be able to reseal or fix them. Even if you can, you still can salvage the lighting, filtration, etc off of them.

sorry to hear of the owner passing like that if you can tell his wife my thoughts are with her

their show tanks are the only ones that come with lids, lights, filters, etc. The ones they have in storage are just the tanks. I still had one of the 150 gallon tanks on my picnic table because I was resealing it. Never got it finished do to work complications. Well that tank is now mine as well.
