i have been offered a 1 inch flowerhorn for $10. i know some are worth money when adults but i asked what kind it is and they said "general flowerhorn" the tank it would be going into is a 55. i have 4 danios 1 green terror and 1 festae. i do plan on either upgrading or selling the festae when it gets about six inches. i do 50% water changes every week and i have an aquaclear rated for 70 gallons. when i get my water checked its always perfect. the green terror and festae get along for the most part. so should i buy it and see how it goes? im new to flowerhorns also but i know they can have a very bad temper. what is the "general" flowerhorn and are they worth as adults?
