so at my LFS their is this fish that they say they think its a leaf fish and it kinda does look like one and their selling it for 30$ is that a good price
If it's Monocirrhus polyacanthus, I've seen them for sale for $15-$30 depending on size. They're very cool predators, but feed on live food only. I kept them for a few years and enjoyed them alot.
Most likely ctenopoma acutirostre. At 4" that's not a bad price. I've kept these as well, they're much easier to keep then the other leaf fish I mentioned and will eat frozen foods.
