There is another thread about a nice Thai Silk, so I might as well ask for a secondary opinion too... I came across this fish from a local hobbist site

4" shortbody flowerhorn

$200

Good price???

It is a nice thai silk :)

I personally don't like short body fish, so I would not pay 20$ for it. 2 bill sounds a little much in my opinion.

Who told you that fish is a short body aka bonsai? To me, it doesn't look much like a short body but just a body that is really bulky and packed a lot of muscle structure. Not like the long body either, but that is not a short body either.
$200 for that guy, I'm guessing that Red ZZ mix(real Red ZZ don't have water KOK) is okay looking. The KOK itself is decent for it's size. That would be my guess why it put what the price is. If your going for KOK only, it might be worth it depends on how scarce your budget allows you. But talking about quality overall, KOK is nice but the fish itself is okay to me.
But for this...I got to say...it's your call. If it was me, I would try to drop it to $100.

Fins are so transparent for a red ink...most red ink I see don't come with transparent fins. But heh, I could be wrong here. Not a big fan of red ink, but some do look nice I will admit that.

$290 for that guy...I would say yea why not. Seems reasonable. Very nice...by the way. It's not a red, whatever that guy was giving you on info. It is not a red, it's more like a blue to me. Still very nice.
And about the guy who is selling those fish, he seems very familiar to me on FHcraze. His kamalau he is selling for $180, he got it for $75. He seem to be a profit FH guy than a hobbyist.
