Should I cut??

My GATF 1 side got extra gill but not open. other then that it is fine healthy and eating well...So should i cut the gill or it may out grown.

It all depends on how confident you are to operate on such a small area, but luckily it happened on the 'soft tissue' of the gill-plate.

If you can successfully remove away the overgrown soft tissues, then it will very high chance it will grow back like 'original'
