My LFS is selling a 240g tank, lids, lights, stand, for $1200. I was gonna get from glasscages but I missed the delivery window and would have to wait till May. Should I jump on that? And what canister filter would you recommend for it? Thanks.
 
You could probs buy for less, but I would jump on that
 
i would check cl first, i could a get a 265 for 1,000 with every thing but water and the filiter was a fx5.
 
Get it. I recommend 2 fx5's and an eheim pro. One of the large ones.
 
Sounds like a decent deal. Id go with an FX5 and an eheim 2262

Yeah I've been looking for used 240's everyday, but I'm usually a day late or a dollar short or not in "SoCal" lol. So I guess I'm just gonna go new tank and combination of used and new filters.
