should i pick up this midas?

how much should i offer for him?
Not sure how much you should offer just wanted to say it's a very nice looking fish. What a combination of fish in that tank though hahaha, I can honestly say i'm shocked the Midas doesn't bother the baby arrowanas at the top or the cory cats on the bottom, i'm shocked the gar doesn't try and eat them lol. Either way it's a nice looking fish, I love the coloration of him, good luck with whatever you decide!
It could be nice & friendly in that tank, but things could change quickly in another tank.
The fish in the new tank will have to develop a ranking system, & there could be some deaths.
If your 2 Midas/Midevils work together I'd just work with them.
Since you don't know the sex of your 2, I wouldn't risk trying to add another fish.
I'm not saying it won't work, but it's a big risk if your 2 end up being females, & the new one is a male.
It would be pretty nice if it did work for you though.
If you do get this fish, make sure you have a backup plan if thing turn ugly.
I'd hate to see your fish injured, or worse.

Depends on how much you care about you current Midas. This one looks really powerful and might dominate over the one you have. I'm not saying it will kill your current one in such a big tank, still he might give him a hard time.
