Just bought a used 90. The edges of the silicone seals are loose. In the kit of various supplies that came with the tank was a scraper. I suspect he scraped and lifted the edges of the silicone as he cleaned.
If it holds water should I leave it alone?
How hard is it to remove the seals and reseal it?
I would love to have black seals.
Thanks, Elwood.

Not too bad, honestly. If it looks fine otherwise, I'd remove all the interior silicone (including any residue on the glass) without digging into the seams between the panes, then create a new interior bead for the entire tank.
