Should I starve or not?

I used to feed all fishes including my juvie motoro with live blackworms. Lately, I've been feeding them market shrimp and my motoro doesn't want to touch it.. Should I keep trying or do I need to buy him blackworms.

I don't think I would go that far.
But try starving for 3-4 days. Make sure you cut the pieces small enough.
Have you tried cut up earthworms?
Is he even trying to eat them by taking them in and spitting them out? If so
then the pieces are to large.
You can also try soaking them in the blackworm juice then try to feed.

If your Motoro will not accept anything but blackworms then I would recommend weaning it onto other foods.

starve for up to 2 weeks depending on fatness. Then I would give in.

I have gone almost 3 weeks with no food.. to get them to eat pellets. If ur ray is healthy, it will eat

i would feed both at the same time. when he is very hungry he will accidently suck in some shrimp... after that its just a matter of time.
