should I use a airrader or air pump

I have a 46 gal tank with an XP3 canester filter rated at 175 gal capasaty. Should i be useing a air rader with a buble wand to and more air to the tank.

Are the fish gsping at the surface? do you like the look of bubbles in your tank? Do you have the return above the waterline so is aggitating the surface?
All airstones,bubble wands,bubble discs do is move water and break the surface tension
which facilitates the gas exchange at the surface-Anne

Air pump is a cheap easy way to add water movement and break up the surface tension of the water.If your filer is moving 176g for a 46g tank I would use air or powerheads to move more water
