Should i use a UGF for my tank?

I have a 4 foot tank.and i use 2 internal power filters.1 is big and one is small.i dont have any external canister filter.and i dont use any bio wheel filters.because these kinds of external filters are not available in our country.so the internal power filters are ok for my tank? or should i use another UGF filter?

i just checked ebay and got me an aquaclear 110 for $65
