Should they do a Final Fantasy 7 remake for ps3???

Just wondering if any of you guys would buy a remake of final fantasy for ps3.

i would buy it..... if i had a ps3 i don't play games often so i usually don't buy new. why should i pay the price for a new game when i won't end up beating it until the game is 70% less than it was when it was released?
just IMHO, but yeah final fantasy was one of the best game series ever

is this a litmus test to see if it could be marketed? will we see this game in 3-4 years if we say yes enough?

I think the remake is already in the process, i might get a ps3 just for this.

I would buy it. I love FF... That would probably make me get a PS3 also. That and they're suppose to be dropping the price in Aug/Sept...

that game is why I am now a gamer. Of course I would but it
