Should we stock up on MKP

If the shortage of phosphate is bad as it sounds, should we stock up on this? It doesn't seem to be somehting that will go bad, and if no one is producing it should we worry?

I would think a 50lb bag would last almost a lifetime, unless you have a lot of planted tanks.

Have you ever tested your phosphates, you might be lucky and high enough levels in your tap, but if not the 1lb bags of it last a year or two anyways.

I never tested, as I thought the hobby grade test kits where not very accurate. I have decide not to does the full amount of KN03 as my nitrates stay around 20 with out adding any.
