shouls i be worried

hey everyone
i have a motoro ray around 10 -12 inch and he is alway hideing under the gravel
he is in a 6x2x2
friend are
3x geos
3x peacock bass
2x gibby plecs
1x green arowana
new tank will be hear in a few weeks

i got him last monday
i also do see him eat much

I have similar problem though it is not a new ray.

Got it last 2 months at 6" disc size and now seems to be not growing. Hmmm....I guess I should be worrying.
