shovelnose hybrid

i just bought a shovelnose hybrid for $100 at 13inches long and was wondering if anyone has any tips for careing for him because i have had bad luck with red tales in the past. PH , How much to feed?

those think grow very fast and eat everything i feed mine goldfish feeders and market shrimp never had a problem with them got my when he was an inches long for 10 dollars now he is over 15 inches monster hope that help
