I’m also interested in seeing full grown ones. Biggest red tail that I’ve seen in person was 8” and that was 12yrs ago. Since then I haven’t seen any bigger than 6”. A few yrs ago someone posted a 14” yellowtail for sale so I contacted the post and turned out it was an African pike instead.

Should ask DB junkie as he had some pantaneiros. They were big and beefy. Not sure if he still has some.

Tank is a 8x2x30 tall. I think the ray is like 10-11" across for refrence.
