ya the only variant i know of is the King Kong parrot an they get a lil bigger then a 12" softball

One on the right is a nice parrot but low quality by Blood Parrot standards, and the one on the left is an average Blood Parrot. Males are sterile and female can breed with any male Central American Cichlid. 40 gallon minimum for 2 but I would recommend a 55 for larger ones like those.
