He was about 2 1/2" when this was taken.

Here is My first Ornate that I had back in 2001. He was a Beast at 10", I fed him Gold Fish Feeders and Crawfish.

every time i take pics of my bichirs their eyes always reflect the flash. if i take off the flash, the pics look like crap. in all of the pics on this thread, outside of mine, their eyes are not reflecting the flash...what am i doing wrong?

The answer is obvious. You have possessed bichirs. :)
Or, do as TOMCAT suggested. That's always worked for me.
