shrimp breeding question

i could get hold of some crystal shrimp, I'm wondering what are requirements of these guys and how to breed them. Do they need heat? would a 3 gallon tank with tons of java moss and a sponge filter work? help would be greatly appreciated.

well not sure should i get these or cherry shrimp mainly just breeding them for fun
