after doing a WC i decided to clean the HOB on my shrimp tank. i only have cherry shrimps in this tank. i found about 8 little shrimps in the HOB however half were red, other half were blue/black with a little transparency. i reintroduced the red ones into the tank but the others i kept isolated. it is impossible to take pictures of these shrimp, it always comes out blurry. so my question is, is it possible i have a different type of shrimp in my tank? and should i put the non red shrimp in?
if it helps in the HOB the carbon filter thing is blue so if there were eating off that maybe they started to discolour?

Its possible the blue/black could be a more "wild type" coloration. Are they transparent with speckling/striping that is blue/black? I would isolate any that are not the colors you want as they wild type coloring is likely dominate over the red color morph.

its more of a transparent blue throughout the body, its a soft blue. theyre not striped like an adult male cherry.
