Raw shrimp are more nutritional, cooked and frozen shrimp lose beneficial nutrients during the cooking proses.

*Also eating the shell on the shrimp is really beneficial to fish and humans.*

if its any help, when i feed any of my puffers (defrosted frozen seafood) i tend to soak it in fish vitamin water for quite a while...

frozen is better but neither frozen or cooked will hurt your fish. Fresh seafood can transfer disease in a salt tank and should be frozen first.
