Blanched spinach is good for cheap regular food. When you get enough posts, pm me and I'll give you some good places to get specialty foods. :)

I understand it's their own food, they are not hiding that fact. I'm just curious if all the ingredients are as good as they sound?

Also, is it true about wheat being used in commercial foods to bulk up the product?
 
Wheat (flour) is used as a binding agent. It helps hold the food together.

With regards to "specialty foods", IMO you don't need to spend the insane amount of money that some of these commercial food makers want for their products. Regular quality fish foods will more than suffice. See the shrimp below, all raised on a commercial fish pellet. (NLS Grow formula)

I just feed mine cheap shrimp pellets. They're breeding really well so I'm assuming they enjoy eating their kin.
 
They are cleaner, they will eat pretty much everything. I feed much whatever I feed my zebra
