Shrimp meal vs frozen Shrimp?

Looking around a bit I see that Shrimp meal pellets are basically dehhydrated shrimp parts. People say freeze dried kkill and mysis are equal to the frozen varieties, is that the same with shrimp meal pellets?

Oin other words is the difference almost negligible?
It just seems intuitively that the frozen ones are better.
