Shrimp

Does anyone know of any kind of shrimp what will get a decent size in a freshwater tank?

What do you mean by decent size.

Bigger then one inch or so

Well amano shrimp are probably large enough depending on what he has.

Bamboo shrimp get rather large also.. I've seen some around the 3" mark or so.. it all depends what you have/ going to have in the same tank.. these shrimp don't have pinchers, they filter feed..

Macrobrachium Rosenbergii gets up to 8"

How about vampire shimp they get 3 inches and like flower shrimp are filter feeders.

I was planning on keeping them in a tank separate from my fish... I have another tank thats planted and just wanted some other life in there for now. Thank for the help
