Heres my situation. I used to have a female Kenyi in my 55 gallon but it was being overstocked and I had other fish I wanted to get. I gave her to my friend to put with his africans in his 55 for about a month maybe. I got my fish back because hes getting rid of his tank. I dropped her into the tank and at first she was being really agressive and chasing the other fish around instead of her swimming for her life. After sizing up with the male Kenyi, shes been at the top of my tank hiding. Shes a little bigger so I don't know what happened. She used to be bigger than my fish but now theyre all equal in size if not bigger.
Whats weird is that all my fish seemed to have banded together and I'll have 3 or 4 fish go up and harass her for a minute then return to their business. I've never seen this happen.
You don't suppose shes going to stress out and die is she? She is still colorful and her stripes are still black.
