Hello,

I have eight Columbian, "True Altums". They are housed in a 90 gal, w/two potted Radican Swords, strong to moderate light and a few Corydoras catfish for maintenance. Filtration is Eheims 2015 and a 2017 in circuit w/a UV and also an external power filter. Fish are shy and aggressive. They are fed a variety of high quality foods and have been dewormed and treated w/Prazi, Metro, and Clout

Any suggestions regarding the behavior and how to make them less hostile and fearful? It took a long time to get a good batch that wouldn't die on me. :)

I had 6 altums in a 75g, they always hid in the back corners. Then nI moved them into a 160 gal with 8 scalare that are anything but shy, and 4 leopoldis. They are now as brave and outgoing as my scalare.

They even learned from other angels to accept prepared foods.
