i just bought a 5-6 in. Temensis Peacock Bass it is very shy. i just wondering how long it will take for the fish to ease up? im slowly trying to feed it but its not talking any food just yet. how long usually will it take to start eating again?

i tried shrimp and hikari food sticks. and there was a small mouth around the same size but it was really aggressive so i gave it away
